With the continued emphasize on academic accountability, Character Learning Systems® has masterfully created a product suite that imparts valuable life lessons while reinforcing academic skills. As more and more businesses seek higher levels of productivity and customer service, CLS recognizes the need to emphasize the importance of good character and ethical behavior in the work place, resulting in the development of complimentary educational programs that support the guiding principles of businesses and organizations.
Its core product, Character Links, is an academic character building program which correlates to state accountability standards and requires no teacher preparation. This simple-to-use, paper-based product is organized in a series of weekly tablets which combine concise, skill-based lessons with and a corresponding “take-home” component. In addition, CLS offers the Character Journal and Workplace Literacy to assist young adults in making good choices during the transition years. All of these comprehensive programs “link” good character qualities to the leadership of a school or district who in turn connects to teachers, students, families, and businesses giving the community a well organized character-centric framework.
In addition, Character Learning Systems® offers a series of customized communication tools created to help the public sector build a Community of One that expresses in a positive way the many contributions of their organization or business.
