Character Journal

The Character Journal is designed for Middle School students to develop and strengthen good character through thinking, reflecting and writing about key character qualities. By responding to the questions and writing prompts included in the Character Journals, students have the opportunity to reflect on important feelings on critical matters such as self-respect, responsibility, and honesty. The journal contains eleven character based exercises designed to develop ethical behavior in the context of essay writing. Each journal includes a rubric for writing assessment.
